🛍️ Reservation and Order ConfirmationBy selecting an Empório Aragão product, you are not immediately obligated to order. Products you wish to revisit later may be saved in your User account shopping cart. To honour the exclusive nature of our collection, items in your shopping cart will be
reserved for a period of forty-eight (48) hours, ensuring you have ample time to complete your purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee availability, and the item may be removed.
By placing an order through the Empório Aragão Platform, you make a binding offer for the purchase of the particular product. To make such a purchase, you will be required to submit necessary payment and shipping information, including, without limitation: credit card or debit card details, shipping address, billing address, full name, and any other details required to ensure payment is accepted and processed securely.
Upon receipt of your order and complete transaction, you will be sent a confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your offer, followed by a careful review.
🧵 Artisanal Production, Acceptance, and Final PurchaseEmpório Aragão reserves the right,
at its sole discretion, to reject any order for any reason at any time without advance notice to you.
The Aragão collection is a limited-edition, created
exclusively for you from the date of purchase. Printed, cut, and finished by hand with utmost high quality and accuracy, the dedicated production time for your specific item typically ranges from
15 to 17 business days.
Once your order is reviewed, accepted, and allocated to our atelier for production, you will receive an additional email formalizing the acceptance of your offer and informing you of the timeline in which your ordered Product will be ready for shipment (
“Order Approval”).
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINALDue to the artistic, limited-edition nature of the Products you have ordered, which are custom printed, cut, and handmade exclusively for you,
no cancellations are accepted after an order has been submitted. Your order shall be non-refundable and final. You acknowledge and agree that ordered Products produced by us for you are custom goods.
In any scenario other than where a Product is defective or damaged pursuant to the Section
Returns and Quality Guarantee, you have no right to cancel any order or return any Products, and all orders, once accepted by Empório Aragão, are final.
🗓️ Scheduled Annual Production PausesOur artisanal production chain adheres to a strict annual cycle of maintenance and rest to ensure that our Ateliers and production teams uphold the highest standards of quality and dedication. Consequently, there is a scheduled annual production pause, typically between
late January and late February.
All orders placed or in production during this annual interruption period will be processed and expedited immediately upon the resumption of operations. The
specific dates of the stoppage will be communicated at the time of purchase and updated on our Platform at the beginning of each year, ensuring complete transparency regarding your delivery timeline.
✈️ Shipping, Timelines, and Risk TransferTitle to any Product on the Empório Aragão Platform shall remain with Empório Aragão until payment for such Product has been received and the Product has been placed with the shipping carrier. Thereafter,
title and risk of loss for all Products ordered by you will pass to you, upon receipt of full payment and the ordered Product being transferred to the shipping carrier.
Creation Timelines: In rare cases, design complexity or order volume may require a slight delay in the completion of your product. In these instances, we will immediately notify you of the new expected completion dates.
Shipping Timelines (Post-Production): Once your item is finalized and ready to leave the atelier, the shipping transit time will typically be
3 to 7 business days, depending on the final destination - European territory / Non-European territory - (Standard or Express).
Free Express Shipping is always available for orders above 800€.
Delivery Management: We work exclusively with trusted carrier partners.
Our responsibility is to ensure that the order is successfully delivered to you in perfect condition. We will provide you with the tracking code, and while shipping estimates are provided by the carrier, our Customer Support will manage any unexpected delays or timeline discrepancies. Empório Aragão reserves the right to select a different shipping carrier on your behalf if necessary to ensure a faster and more secure delivery.
📦 Undeliverable Packages and Loss ClaimsIf your package has not been received, Carriers will determine the package as ‘Undeliverable’ or ‘Lost in Transit’. If you have not received your package within the allotted time, you may call the Carrier directly or notify Empório Aragão to investigate.
- Lost in Transit: If the Carrier determines the package was lost in transit, we will file a claim on your behalf and issue a full refund or resend the item. Empório Aragão reserves the right to an investigation period. For Express/Premium shipping, please notify us within fourteen (14) days of the ship date.
- Exceptions (No Refund):
- Delivered Status: We are unable to file claims or issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the Carrier. If your order is marked as delivered and you do not have the package, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Customer Address Error: Errors caused by the customer’s incomplete or insufficient address will prevent Empório Aragão from issuing refunds. Packages are never guaranteed to be rerouted to Empório Aragão and may be disposed of by the carrier, for which Empório Aragão is not at fault.
- Address Updates: If the order has already been shipped, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to make necessary address updates (if applicable). Economy/Standard packages will not be able to change the address once submitted.
- Undeliverable Due to Error: If the carrier will not take possession of the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Empório Aragão will attempt to notify the customer via email. Customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of notification to respond with a verified address. Additional reshipment fees may apply, which must be paid in advance. If no response is received within 14 days, Empório Aragão reserves the right to donate the merchandise, and the order will not qualify for a refund.
🌏 Restricted Shipping and Extended Timelines- Remote Territories: For US territories or APO addresses, shipping can range from 15–35 days or longer in some cases. Please contact emporioaragao@gmail.com for status after 40 days. All Aragão orders are placed with Standard shipping.
- Customs Restrictions: Due to customs restrictions, the estimated delivery time may be significantly longer than estimated to the Crimea, Lugansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
🌐 International Duties and TaxesShipments may be subject to customs duty fees, which are determined by the destination country's regulations and import procedures, not Empório Aragão or the carrier. These fees are typically based on the type and value of the goods shipped.
The end customer will be responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and taxes.🛡️ RETURNS AND QUALITY GUARANTEE📦 Returns Policy (Defective/Damaged Items Only)In the event your product is
damaged or defective, please send us an email to emporioaragao@gmail.com, entitled “Return Request,” within
fourteen (14) days of delivery and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect.
Empório Aragão will promptly review your correspondence to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund. We will inform you of our decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of our decision.
Eligibility RequirementsBefore submitting for a return, please note the following conditions, which must be met:
- Packaging and product must be returned in original form.
- Dirty or worn clothing with missing tags/labels are not eligible.
- Washed clothing is not eligible for return.
- Please review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your product requirements.
🔬 Defect Investigation and ProcessShould a return be considered a defect, Empório Aragão reserves the right to investigate and conduct a thorough analysis of the defect, which may include requiring the defective merchandise to be shipped to us before a final decision can be made.
- For approved defective products, Empório Aragão will offer a pre-paid shipping label. The merchandise must be shipped within seven (7) days of the issued pre-paid shipping label date. Failure to send back the merchandise within seven (7) days will disqualify the order from the review process, and a refund will not be issued.
- We will not honour defect requests attributed to customer size concerns or issues related to design aesthetics (e.g., plastic characteristics of the represented artwork).
- For returns, Empório Aragão will communicate specific shipping instructions should we require the product sent to our Textil Partner fulfillment center. After thirty (30) days, any uncollected returned product will become Empório Aragão property for donation.
⚙️ General Terms and AcceptanceEmpório Aragão reserves the right, without further notice to you, to modify the Aragão collection terms and conditions. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 or have given your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website. When using the platform, interacting with it and making or not a purchase, you are automatically accepting our terms and conditions.
